Russell Jacobsmeyer - Vice President of Engineering and Business Development

Russ is our engineering team lead, a designated senior level executive with over 35 years of experience in product development, engineering, quality, operations, and management in Aerospace and Defense. He directs our engineering staff in order to provide the highest level of technical proficiency and customer satisfaction in all our operations.

Bryce Mickler - General Manager

Bryce is an experienced leader bringing over 21 years of expertise creating organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Bryce has worked for some of Aerospace’s largest companies in leadership and administrative management, with a proven track record of improving organizational efficiency and reducing overhead. His experience in contracts, strategic pricing and business systems is the foundation of AE4.0.

Jay MacMullin - Test Engineer

Jay is a powerhouse of test engineering knowledge with over 26 years of experience. From a BSME, Jay has continued to manage complex testing functions, primarily in aerospace lubrication systems. Jay has also worked on semi-conductor and medical device development and manufacturing.

Darwin James - Principal Engineer, Electromagnetics

BSME and MIT graduate courses. 27 years of experience. Electromagnetics expert. Electro-mechanical actuation technologies, including permanent-magnet brushless DC motors, AC induction motors, switched-reluctance motors, and assorted linear actuation concepts. Taught courses at UNH and Tufts.

Raymond Forrester - Sr. Principal Engineer, Valves

Electro-mechanical valves, controls, components and systems. Over 45 years’ experience in engineering design, evaluation, analysis and test/verification. 5 Patents.

John Ravener - Sr. Principal Engineer, Lubrication

Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Designated Engineering Representative (DER). 41 years of experience. Undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering.

David Nelson - Technical Publications

Aerospace, maintenance analysis and quality assurance, project management, hydraulic systems. 42 years of experience. Undergraduate degree in management. United States Air Force, Aircraft Maintenance Specialist-Field Maintenance.

Scott Clay - Principal Engineer, Electronics and Software

Mike Letson- Senior Technical Associate

Improvement specialist, sales professional and leader in the aerospace and defense industry. He is a supply chain and project management expert with numerous certifications. Over 20 years of experience in private industry. Served in the US Army as a combat engineer, Captain and CH-47 pilot.
